Heylo everyone! Today the magical hat of games brought forth
out very first first-look! Um, whatever it is I'm going to call those
eventually... But, the game is Crafting Mama! This is a game in the "Mama"
franchise brought to us by Majesco Games. In it, you make..well, crafts!
The game plays a lot like the other "Mama" games
for the DS. Simply follow the directions on the screen and you'll get it done!
The touch screen is nice and responsive. There's not really a whole lot to say
unless you've never played a Cooking Mama game ever... In which case what's
wrong with you? Go play at least one of them!
Aesthetically speaking, the game still follows the same
formula as well. That's not a bad thing, though! After all, everything in
Crafting Mama is very colorful and you just can't help but smile while you're
playing it! Sometimes the sounds can be grating on the ears though... Like when
you do a really great job and it just keeps going "Doodadoodaladoodadoladoo!"
Mama's voice doesn't sound quite the same as it used to either... So that's a
little disappointing... And you know, I'm not sure they've really changed the
music much at all either!
But really what it comes down to is if you like colorful
little mini-games that give you an instant sense of cheap satisfaction... And I
love those for when I just need a quick game fix, like waiting to go to a
movie! So I'm gonna give Crafting Mama a gamerating of...
